In order to prevent accidents that may occur in our university and to support our safe campus and safe workplace studies, you can send it to the sections in the form by specifying the near-miss event or dangerous situation with its details.

Near miss incident: Occurring in the workplace; An event that does not cause harm, although it has the potential to damage the employee, workplace or work equipment.

For example; all the events where you tripped while walking and you said you almost fell, but you did not get hurt, are called the near miss event,

Hazard: It means the potential for harm or damage that exists in the workplace or may come from outside, which may affect the employee or the workplace.

Dangerous Situation: It means inappropriate personal protective equipment, defective tools and equipment, unsafe tools and machinery, insufficient or neglected machinery, insufficient or excessive lighting, unsafe methods and conditions.
